USA Funds Connection® is a customized Web portal that organizes the Web resources you need in a single desktop view that's customized for you. You have secure access to USA Funds Connection at any time, from any location.

USA Funds Connection provides access to the tools and resources that save you time.

  • Access a range of high-quality products and services:
  • Create and share a contact list that includes key USA Funds® personnel and a campus address book for quick access to important phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
  • Enhance your school’s student success rate with the Solving the Retention Puzzle online tool.
  • Ask our policy experts questions about how a federal regulation affects your administration of student loans via our “Ask Policy” link.
  • Organize your financial aid office work force with a campus- or institution-level task manager.
  • Register for USA Funds’ online courses, workshops and webcasts, keep track of registered courses, and view new training opportunities.
  • Review important announcements from USA Funds and your campus administrator.
  • Use the portal while you are telecommuting or traveling.
